If You Make the Effort, You Won't Imitate…

We are not merely the staff of a chain of stores; we are also, at the same time, a large family. In this sense, I believe it is our most essential duty that every individual who feels part of the Hafız Mustafa family embrace one another with that same deep affection, that each of my colleagues, in the most sincere sense, carry out their duties properly and fairly with a sense of belonging, that they support and help one another, that everyone freely voice their opinions in order to reach a more productive outcome, and that superiors and subordinates approach one another fairly, respectfully, courteously, and with a solution-oriented mindset toward any problems that may arise. We must not forget that we all bear great responsibility in order to achieve this spiritual unity. As the management of Hafız Mustafa, we believe that the shortest path to lasting success lies in cultivating this sense of family unity and belonging. Because a home where family members are happy is a peaceful one. And where there is peace, success is an inevitable result.

In order to succeed, one must make an effort. As the Hafız Mustafa family, we have come this far over many long years by staying true to our tradition. Today, we work to bring the taste of the Ottomans not only to Turkey but to the entire world. Just as we have done until now, we will continue to work and serve in the same way going forward. In terms of sustainability, in the work we have carried out for more than 150 years, we have worked without imitating anyone, staying true to our original recipes and our tradition of mastery passed down through generations. The secret of the success we have achieved today is hard work. And remember, there is no elevator to success; we can only climb it through determination and dedicated effort.

As the Hafız Mustafa family, by embracing our historical and cultural heritage, we take great care to offer our customers the highest quality service and place great importance on customer satisfaction. By preserving our image as a trustworthy brand, we aim to continue our activities both nationally and internationally.
