Terms for Courier Delivery within Istanbul

For the courier delivery terms within Istanbul to apply, your minimum basket amount must be 1000 TL.

The delivery time for your order is 1-2 hours for nearby areas and 3-7 hours for distant areas. Courier delivery times may vary** depending on the destination area, weather conditions, and traffic, and delays may occur.

Note: Baklava production is prepared daily; the unavailability of an ordered product will not make the delivery terms applicable.**

All orders placed by 19:00 are handed over to the courier on the same day and dispatched for delivery.

If delivery cannot be made due to reasons caused by the recipient (incomplete or incorrect address, or the recipient not being present at the address), the courier fee will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded.

A separate courier fee will be charged for each order created with a future date and time slot.

*The courier fee varies depending on the delivery address. After you provide the address details for the courier order to our customer representative, they will share the current courier fee with you.

*Your invoice will be sent to the email address provided with your order within 7 business days. Once the invoice has been sent, it cannot be canceled or changed.

We do not offer hourly delivery.

Courier delivery is available every day of the week.

About Domestic Cargo Delivery within Turkey

All orders placed by 15:30 on Wednesday are handed over to the cargo company on the same day. Once your order has been handed over to the cargo company, notification via SMS and email is provided by the cargo company. All baklava orders placed after 15:30 on Wednesday will be handed over to the cargo company at the earliest on the following Monday.

In order to ensure that our baklava is delivered to you fresh and is not left waiting at the cargo company over the weekend, baklava shipments are not sent on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

*Baklava production is carried out daily; if a product is unavailable, the same-day shipping condition cannot be guaranteed!

*On days with adverse weather conditions, the cargo drop-off time may be moved earlier!

We kindly ask you to check the box upon cargo delivery, and if there is any damage, please send an email to online@hafizmustafa.com.

Our company is not responsible for processes occurring after delivery.

International Cargo Delivery

Your orders are shipped within the most suitable time frame so that they can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. Shipping operations are carried out by our operations department, taking into account the weekend holidays of the country each customer has ordered from.

*For international orders, taxes and duties levied by the recipient's country authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

*For orders placed to European Union countries, customs duty (VAT) will be automatically added to your order, so you do not need to make any additional customs fee payment. If the country's customs authority makes a request in this regard, please contact our customer service.

*Our company is not responsible for problems or taxes arising at customs. The recipient is required to complete the customs clearance procedures.

Responding quickly to emails requesting product value confirmation or content information sent by the country's customs via DHL or Fedex will speed up the delivery time. Customs procedures vary from country to country. If you do not have sufficient information on this matter, our customer service will provide you with support.
